Gunakan MyKad asal. MyKad bercetak atau foto MyKad pada skrin tidak akan diterima.
Pastikan gambar MyKad tidak kabur.
MyKad mesti berada sepenuhnya dalam bingkai dengan semua maklumat kelihatan jelas.
MyKad hendaklah dalam keadaan baik dan tidak rosak.
